Понятие международных экономических отношений, договоренность торгующих друг с другом стран о взаимном предоставлении ими всех прав, преимуществ и льгот в отношении пошлин, налогов и сборов, которыми пользуется и / или может пользоваться любое третье государство. Это один из принципов, которыми руководствуется Всемирная торговая организация, ВТО. Введение такого режима способствует созданию равных условий для конкуренции во внешней торговле.
